Discounts and Promo Codes

Discount/Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout. We will not honor discount/promo codes after your order has been placed. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are experiencing difficulties with discount codes, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged/Defective Products

If the product itself arrive damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the goods free of charge.Please take a photo and notify us within 14 days of your package delivery date.

* Aeria Skin is not responsible and will not issue refunds or exchanges for any packages that are damaged, lost,stolen during delivery, refused by customs, or undeliverable during transport.

·        For parcels delivered to an outdoor neighborhood mail box in hot climates or sub-zero temperatures, please ensure you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid any temperature-sensitive items from freezing or spoiling.

·        Aeria Skin is not responsible for any customs fees,duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with orders outside of Taiwan.

·        Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disaster, etc. We will do our best to help you with any shipping issues, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. 

·        For large quantity orders, you may receive some items separately, and on different dates (Note: We will do our best to package all items together to minimize this issue).

·        Shipping prices are based in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Address Changes

Please ensure the shipping address or postal box accepts parcel deliveries to avoid an undeliverable package. If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us ASAP here.This includes out­-of-­date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

Lost Packages

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Taiwan Postal Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout.

For international packages: if you do not receive your package within 25 days,please contact your local postal carrier or customs office. If you still can notlocate your package, please contact us at info@aeriaskin.com

Shipping Policy 

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Taipei, Taiwan via the Taiwan Postal Service.We currently ship products to almost any international location. For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us info@aeriaskin.com

 

Domestic packages typically take 5-7 days to be delivered (from the day the order was placed).

 

International packages can take anywhere from 10-25 days to be delivered, depending on location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur, and international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

 

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday­-Friday). If you place an order on a Friday,Saturday, or Sunday, please note that your order will not ship until the following business day. We will not be responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
